Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

CANCELLATIONS

Please send us an email at serapghim@ranemediagroup.com with your order number and the email address you used to place the order.
Note: Cancellation fees are waived, if order is canceled within 24 hours. 

RETURNS

We accept returns on items within 7 days of receipt. Items should be unworn with SERAPHIM tags attached. Items that are damaged may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

Items non-eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear

To return or exchange an item, contact seraphim@ranemediagroup.com. 
Please allow up to ten days for item to be processed for return or exchange.  Processing begins after the item is received. Please note there may be delays due to COVID.  

Please note that buyer is responsible for cost of shipping on returns.

Overseas:

For customers returning or exchanging an overseas purchase, please send us an email at seraphim@ranemediagroup.com and we will provide you and address to return the item. Please note that the buyer is responsible for cost of shipping on international returns and exchanges. Once the item is received, the order will be processed for return or exchange.  Please note this processing takes up to ten days.
